Virginia Snow Studios (and Collingbourne Mills) sold the products in a variety of ways: through small classified ads in women’s magazines, through department stores that carried their thread, walk-ins at the retail department at Virginia Snow Studios. But the most productive way they sold items to their consumers was through their Virginia Snow Studios mail-order catalogs, which allowed women throughout the United States and overseas to have access to their products.
